My Random thoughts...

So, I thought I would be deep into my studies by the second week when in fact I haven't attended really any of my classes yet. I started with one schedule of classes and decided they were not what I wanted to study of be in for 3 months, so I dropped them and am in the process of getting added into the classes I really want to take. I'm retarded for waiting, but hopefully the professors will be nice and sign me in.

The other day I was doing a scrapping project and came upon my new favorite saying. It may just be my new theme thought.

It is: Every path has its puddles.

I've thought about this a lot. I really think there is so much truth to it and it simplifies why things are the way they are and why things happen. No matter the path chosen, there will be bumps and trials to over come, jump over, swim through, or crawl around. What do you think??

Memorable Moments

It's been awhile since we touched base. Here's a couple of random pictures from the last couple of days (more like weeks) that shows what we've been up to. I wish it was something extraordinary, but it's just life.... Some highlights have been: Our Family Christmas/ New Year's Party! We had all my siblings there except Weston and his family. We even got Daren and Meg here from New Mex. We had a alot of FUN Thanks for coming and CA Albrecht's we missed you! Other happenings were two new nephews being born. Jett Lundin on Dec 22 and Gus Albrecht on Jan 2. It's so exciting to have new munchkins in the family CONGRATS to O1 and Dayna's Family! I started back to school on Monday too so we will see how that goes.

Here's sweet little baby Gus Albrecht. He is adorable and makes the cutest little grunts.

Meryy Christmas & Happy New Year!

ok, well they are a little out of order, but it gives you an idea of some of the fun we've been having. This is us and my dad. He came to visit for a minute.
This is dad with the newest Grandbaby Jett Lundin. He is Dayna's first baby born on Dec 22nd. He is so precious and we're all so glad he has finally arrived.

So this is what Santa brought Rylan and McKinley. Their faces were so fun to watch.

This is Rylan and McKinley's Grannie Grace (Ammon's mom). We had a really fun Christmas Eve Party with her, Jane, and the King's.

This is of course a shopping trip to the mall and the kids Have To ride on the dang toys that I curse everytime they're in sight. Gotta love it!

This is our newest addition Snow Mann. He was brought to life yes in St. George last week and sadly taken away a couple days later. Rylan and his dad had a fun time building him and of course you can tell they are in the South cuz Mr. Weirdo Mann is still wearing shorts. Go figure... We really have had a lot of snow here for the area. It's ok I guess, but I don't love it.

Well, I hope you have all had a Very Happy Holiday and that the Parties are not yet over. Enjoy the Family, Fun, and Food cuz the time is going fast and it will soon be over and the grind will resume.

So the other night we had FHE and I wanted to show everyone what great assemblers we are. We didn't actually mean to have three different houses at the party, but we all wanted to do something to surprise everyone and have fun and I guess it just proves that great minds think alike. We had a lot of fun and made some Great Memories! Oh yeah, you also have to love the timer aspect of picture taking. You can see that Rylan is hidden by the houses, McKinley has her shirt half way off, and the adults are just there for the flash. I love that everything doesn't have to be perfect to be a success. Thanks guys for the fun night Love Ya!

Can't they just behave for a minute???

So, you know when you make a plan for something to go well and it doesn't? These are pictures of one of those moments. The babybsitter that the kids go to sometimes had Mr. Santa come and visit the kids and as you can see he looks awesome and does a very good job. Well, I had planned to have my little brat children sit on his lap together in hopes that we could get a cute picture and mail it out for a card. Well that plan was shot to smitherines when Rylan cocked attitude and rubbed off on his sister. Needless to say Santa takes a really cute picture and that's more than I can say for the little mannimals. Better luck next year I guess.

So, this last weekend we managed to steal Double for one last girls weekend before she has her little baby that we can't wait to meet. We had a lot of fun eating at Samuri 21, shopping, getting pedicures, drinking diet cokes, eating, visiting, playing cards (even though Grams kept making up rules) and oh yeah did I mention eating? I must've enjoyed the eating part so much that they are the only pics that I have from the whole day. When the little Chef finishes the cooking show on the habachi grill he tosses a little piece of shrimp to you and you have to catch it with your mouth right? Well, I'm a pro of course and so I have none on my face which is the only fun kind of picture.....so that is what follows. We cackled and laughed as mom, grams, double, and tawnya bounced the tasty goodness off of their chins, boobs, and noses :o)

We sure missed Brooke, Megan, and Amee (our other sisters). We love you Double and hope Jett comes soon! thanks for spending the day with us.

You can't tell in this picture, but I think Tawnya must've really taken a blow to the nose cuz after this part was over she spent the next 20 minutes in the b-room with a bloody nose. I think little Leo (our chef) owes her a free dinner after that shot........

Little update on us. Of course we have been up to much and having fun. Rylan made cookies today, we've put up Christmas lights, our tree, and fun decorations.

These children are so full of it and silly as they come. I sure love their smiles though!

This cute little hat was given to McKinley by her cousin Sage and her Aunt Amee. Thanks guys it's adorable and she loves to wear it for about 2.5 seconds for now. Soon she will be wearing it all around and be the little cutest girl in town.
