"Pooling Together"

Okay, so I still don't know how to upload a photo after I've rotated it and tried to fix it, but you get the picture I hope. We are starting to really enjoy the Spring and soon-to-be HOT Summer weather by playing in the water at the parks etc and I decided that we needed a little kiddie pool at our house so we didn't always have to leave to get wet and have fun... The following few pics are of Rylan, McKinley, and their silly mom getting our Cool Pool home in the Vue and yes the back was shut (we had to drive a few miles home).



I really think we had more fun getting it in the car in the store parking lot and watching the people starring and laughing at us than we have playing in it... well, almost. The kids have really had fun in it and we've managed to put a hole in it already too, but the story is fun to tell and the pictures make a good page :o) Oh the crap we'll do and the stunts we'll pull for some danged 'ole entertainment!

Congratulations Uncle Duck!

So on Friday the 9th we (Dad, Tawnya, Me, Owen, Dayna, and of course McKinley) set out for Las Cruces, New Mexico to attend Daren and Megan's (Daren's fiance) graduation from NMSU. We made it there late that night, went to the ceremony and was back home by 5AM Sunday. I'm not sure why we did it so fast, but we made those 14 hours (each direction) look like a piece of cake. We had a ton of fun laughing, talking, farting, fighting, sleeping, and eating from every pit stop between here and hell and back and we would do it again in a heartbeat. We are so proud of Daren getting his BA in Civil Engineering and Megan getting her BA in Agricultural Science. We love them and look up to them for their hard work and getting their education. There are no pictures cuz like a dork I didn't have my camera, but maybe you can check Dayna's blog in a couple of days and see some good ones.
We will be travelling to Seattle soon for the wedding of Daren and Megan and believe me there will be pictures of that....so, I guess it's

Park and Play

So, you've gotta love the timer on the camera. We tried it so many times to get a good shot of all of us, but this is the best we could do. After the ones that looked like we were tipping over and the others that made the dog look like he was an alien from outer space, this is it.

I love my two little kidlets, but I sure could use some new spectacles that didn't make me look like my eyes are always half shut. Notice how tan Rylan is getting from playing in the sun?

We love our little bike buggy. The first ride we took all the tires were flat including the ones on the bike, but we were so excited to use it we went on a little jaunt anyway, then the second ride we took was the one above and the kids were so cute. They were holding hands the whole time and I just couldn't get enough of it. I think McKinley looks scared to death, but truly she giggled and had a fun time and held on to her brothers hand the whole ride and we had a lovely Mother's Day strole.

A few steps down memory lane

So you know when you want to take a picture and usually the best poses happen when the camera is nowhere to be found, but the cell phone is connected at the hip, well these pics are those moments. We recently had our phone take a poop on us and there were tons of these cute little pictures of the munchkins so we got that little memory card and we were able to get them off and have them on disc. I'm so glad that that works cuz I just love some of them and so I also wanted to share them with you all. Some of the shots are way old etc, but who really cares. I haven't checked the "Blog rules" lately, but I don't think there's one that says the pictures added always have to be new ones :o)
Today someone told me that I have the cutest kids ever and that I should get them in a magazine or a commercial or something... I think the good 'ole blogspot will be as famous as they get, but that's good enough for us. Hope you enjoy the goods as much as I do.

What darling kidlets. They're smiles and giggles are so contagious, I don't think you can help but crack a smile when you look at their faces.

Little Silly Sister

McKinley is getting so big and she's started liking the walker (sometimes) She goes so well in reverse that sometimes I think she's going to get whiplash when she hits the couch, let alone when her helpful brother pushes her around going 90 :o) I guess us younger siblings lived through what our older sibs did to us, I imagine that McKinley will survive it too......



This one below is so cute to me. I put her to sleep on my bed with no covers on and when I came back in the room she had this blanket grabbed over her and was sound asleep sucking away on her bottle. I just thought it looked so cute.

Little Nerd Mann

So, these are my glasses and Rylan decided they would look good on him and I couldn't help but snap a couple of shots. I thought he looks so cute and like he was 5 already. I kinda thought he looked like Spanky on the Little Rascals.....

Okay, this one below is the Wacko at his best again. He thinks this headband of his moms is so cool to wear and today it got a little low I'd say and made him be quit the little pug nose. He is too funny. I just love to watch his him grow and develop his personality right in front of me.

New Business Venture

Think Pink Everyone!

So, I know it may come as a shock to some and others really won't blink an eye, but I am making the big blog mention of the fact that I have recently become a new Mary Kay Beauty Consultant. (gotta love the title :o) Anyways, I am as most of you know the good 'ole at home mommy and I am looking to try and make some new business moves, some new friends, and of course a little

extra green.

I am just getting started and hope that if any of you already wear it and don't know where to buy it or wish you could wear it and are having the same problem or just want to try it and hopefully start buying it, that you'll give me a call. I certainly don't know what I'm doing yet, but as they say, ignorance is bliss, right? I personally have used the Mary Kay makeup for a long time and I think it's great! It's quality, but at a great price that easily competes with any of the department store prices, and at the same time kicks butts of the Wal-mart stuff (that I know a lot of you have a closet full of)and the bottom line is that

MK is just better :o)
